How to read the pace chart
Find your pace per mile in the left column. The same row shows your speed in mph and finish times for the 5K, 10K, half marathon (13.1 miles) and marathon (26.2 miles) – each at an even pace. Switch the unit at the top to “km” to see pace per kilometer and km/h instead.
Times are simply pace × distance. For values between rows or other distances, use the pace calculator. For personal race planning with splits there are dedicated calculators for the 5K, 10K, half marathon and marathon.
